For Norton AntiVirus, Version 12.2.0.13, the following are the steps to the setup that is compatible with our Discussion Reply WebBot.

Click on Options->Norton Antivirus.

Norton Antivirus Options box. Click on “Internet Worm Protection”
   
Click on Configure Exclusions  

Click on “Configure Exclusions”
   
Signature Exclusions, scroll down to SHTML Request.

Scroll until you see “HTTP IIS SHTML Request”. Uncheck the box.

Click OK to all and close Norton. Refresh the browser and you will be able to reply.
