ADMJ C115 Course InformationCourse Description(A/CSU)
This course is designed to provide a working knowledge of evidence,
evidentiary practices and case laws that deal with the admission of
evidence. Topics will include origin, development and constitutional basis
of evidence; constitutional and procedural considerations affecting arrest,
search and seizure, kinds and degrees of evidence and the rules that govern
the admissibility; judicial decisions interpreting individual rights and
