ADMJ C105 Course Information

Course Description

(A/UC/CSU)

Students will learn the historical development, philosophy, and constitutional provisions of the law and its impact within the criminal justice system. Students will develop a working knowledge of legal terms and their definitions. Students will look at the classification of crime and its causation. Students will conduct analytical research and study of case law decisions. (Prerequisite: None.) Formerly ADMJ C52.
