Finite Mathematics

(A/UC/CSU)

 

4 Units, 72 hours lecture

Finite Mathematics is designed for students majoring in Business/Economics, Computer Information Systems, and Social Sciences. Topics to be covered include: matrices, linear programming, mathematics of finance, sets and probability, descriptive statistics, Markov chains, and game theory. (Prerequisites: MATH C055 or equivalent.)
