How To Access Your Course

After completing the registration process and officially registering for your course, follow these steps:

  1. On the start date of your course, scroll down and click on the CRN of the course you are registered in (ex.32681). The link will not be available until the start date of your course (after 11 AM, PST). When the link is active it will be blue in color.
  2. You will then be taken to a form that asks for information that will verify your enrollment in the course.
  3. Once your enrollment is verified, you will then be asked for some additional information for the instructor's records. You will then be given the password and instructions for accessing the course.
  4. Access the class site and follow the instructions provided by your instructor.

New Policy, Please NOTE: The links to your CC Online classes, via the CRN, will be disabled on the Friday after the class starts. Failure to access your class by that date will result in the dropping of your name from the roster of the class. We encourage you to log in as soon as possible though, as there is no grace period where your grades are concerned.

If you have not accessed your class by the first Friday of the class, you will need instructor permission for late access. Please use the link to the Directory on the right.

Please note: Classes will not be linked until 11 a.m. on the first day of classes, so please be patient. Remember to REFRESH your browser to see the latest information.

AOL USERS: Please minimize your AOL browser and open either Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. The AOL browser is NOT compatible with our pages.

It is recommended that browsers OTHER THAN  Internet Explorer be used for the First Time Login process (i.e. Netscape Navigator, FireFox, Opera or Maxthon). Internet Explorer can be used after that.
